Choose external ticket links, native WooCommerce checkout, or both. When enabled, the optional Pro module keeps ticket offers attached to each event while the site owner’s WooCommerce store handles checkout and receives every ticket payment. Organizer-connected gateways, split payments, and payouts are not included.
Moderation, imports, newsletter tools, launch checks, privacy controls, and multisite support are built in.
Scene Relay Standard is $199 USD total per year and renews automatically each year until canceled. Every buyer is charged exactly $199 USD by Scene Relay; no tax is added at checkout. Any applicable sales, use, or similar transaction tax is included in that price. One license covers one production site, one staging site, and local development. If the license lapses, installed core features keep working; after the 14-day grace period, updates, support, release downloads, and new activations pause until renewal. Scene Relay Pro includes an optional WooCommerce native-ticket module. Site owners can choose external ticket links, native WooCommerce checkout, or both. Native ticket purchases use the site owner’s WooCommerce store and enabled gateways, and every ticket payment goes to the site owner; organizer-connected gateways, split payments, commissions, and payouts are not included. Site owners can separately collect memberships and promoted-placement payments through their own connected Stripe, PayPal, or Square accounts; credentials, card data, and funds do not pass through Scene Relay’s licensing server.
One product for the public guide, organizer workspace, and publisher operations behind a thriving local events platform.
